Payment Policy

Shipping Policy

Processing Time:
- Orders are processed within 2-4 business days from the date of purchase.
- Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time details will be communicated upon order placement.

Shipping Methods:
- We use reliable courier services to ship purchases from our warehouses across the country.

Delivery Time:
- For orders within India, please allow 4-8 business days from the dispatch of your order for delivery.
- Deliveries are scheduled between 9 am and 8 pm

Signature Requirement:
- All goods must be signed for upon delivery.
- If you're unavailable, kindly provide an alternative person (family member, colleague, neighbor) to sign for the delivery.
- Pross Edda does not take responsibility for goods signed for by an alternative person.

Damage or Shortages:
- Pross Edda is not responsible for any damage that occurs after delivery.

Free Shipping:
- Enjoy free shipping on orders above Rs 499/-
- A flat shipping fee of Rs. 40 is applicable for orders below the specified amount.

Return & Refund Policy

1. No Returns Accepted:
As an emerging fashion brand, we do not currently accept returns for any
sold items. Please carefully review your selections before completing
your purchase.

2. Cancellations Not Permitted:
Once an order is placed and payment is made, we do not accept
cancellations. Please be certain about your purchase, as no refunds will be provided.

3. Refund Policy:
Refunds will not be issued for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, sizing issues, or personal preferences. Our no-return policy is in place to maintain the integrity and quality of our brand.

4. Order Modification:
To modify any details, including items, quantities, or shipping information please contact us ASAP because once the order is shipped we will not be able to make any modification
